What My Body Tracker stores
My Body Tracker stores information you choose to enter or import, including account details, food and nutrition logs, water, weight, activity, workout history, goals, saved meals and recipes, reminders, and—when you use health-record features—information such as medications, supplements, conditions, visits, labs, vitals, allergies, and uploaded record files.
Apple Health and Health Connect
If you grant permission in a native My Body Tracker app, My Body Tracker may read the specific categories you approve, such as steps, body weight, workouts, sleep, resting heart rate, walking distance, and active calories. My Body Tracker may also write categories you approve, such as nutrition, weight, and workouts. Health permissions are optional and can be changed in your device settings. My Body Tracker does not use health data for advertising.
AI features
When you use My Body Tracker Coach or other AI-assisted features, relevant information from your My Body Tracker account and the text, image, or request you submit may be processed to generate the requested result. My Body Tracker limits the context sent to what is needed for the feature and does not permit AI actions to change your My Body Tracker data unless the product flow says the action is automatic or you approve it.
Why My Body Tracker uses data
My Body Tracker uses account and app data to provide the diary, nutrition calculations, progress tools, syncing, search, saved content, health-record tools, reminders, support, security, abuse prevention, subscriptions, and features you request.
Sharing
My Body Tracker does not sell personal information or health information. Data may be processed by service providers that operate My Body Tracker infrastructure or features, subject to their role in delivering the service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect users, My Body Tracker, or others from fraud, abuse, or security threats.
Retention and deletion
My Body Tracker keeps account data while your account is active and as reasonably needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. You can remove individual data using available controls. Signed-in users can permanently delete their My Body Tracker account directly from Account → Delete account; that flow removes the synced diary, health-record files, AI history, subscription record, sessions, and saved account data associated with the account.
Security
My Body Tracker uses account isolation, encrypted network connections, database access controls, row-level security, and least-privilege service access. No system can guarantee absolute security, so you should also protect your device and account credentials.
Children
My Body Tracker is not directed to children under 13 and should not be used to create a child account where parental consent or other legal authorization is required.
Medical disclaimer
My Body Tracker is a wellness, nutrition, and personal-record product. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or prescribe, and is not a substitute for a licensed healthcare professional.
Changes
This policy may be updated as My Body Tracker changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
